My Services

At Trinpathic Wellness, I operate on a cash pay, out-of-network basis for all services. This means I don’t accept or bill any insurance, including commercial plans or Medicare/Medicaid. By staying out-of-network, I can keep the number of patients in my practice low, so I can typically see you more quickly and spend more time with you, providing highly tailored care based on your needs, rather than being limited by what insurance companies allow. In addition, this cash-only model often results in lower costs for you and makes billing straightforward without any surprise bills. I aim to provide exceptional, thorough care at Trinpathic Wellness. I offer both house call visits and telemedicine visits that are convenient for you and easily scheduled on my secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal.

  • A telemedicine appointment requires that you are in Virginia at the time of the visit
  • If more time is needed for this appointment, you will be charged in 15 minute increments at $75/15 minutes
Notes:

In-home visit prices include up to 30 minutes’ travel, round-trip from Leesburg. This generally includes Leesburg, Ashburn, and parts of Sterling and Brambleton. If more driving time is required, there is a charge of $1/minute over 30 minutes round trip.

At this time, Trinpathic Wellness does not offer spirometry testing; you will be referred for this test if required. You will be given an order form for any lab test, x-rays, or any other imaging tests recommended, which can be scheduled at your convenience. Vaccinations, if recommended, can be obtained from your local health department or pharmacy.
