About Me
Board-Certified
Family Nurse Practitioner
As a nurse practitioner, I vowed to provide a different kind of care: one rooted in empathy, genuine connection, and thorough attention.
Nikole Boshonek MSN, FNP-BC, CHWC
I graduated from Penn State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, while also being a part of the university’s Navy ROTC program. After graduating, I joined the Navy as a Nurse Corps Officer and spent almost five years on active duty. In 2010, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University and soon after became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In 2023, I became a Level II Reiki practitioner and in 2024, I was certified as a Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches.
I decided to start my own primary care practice because I was frustrated by the current healthcare system, which often focuses on symptom management rather than preventive care. My personal experiences with healthcare further motivated this decision—I grew weary of rushed appointments, where providers had little time to address my concerns. As a nurse practitioner, I vowed to provide a different kind of care: one rooted in empathy, genuine connection, and thorough attention.
With over 25 years of experience in addressing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, I have realized that the conventional one-size-fits-all model of healthcare is inadequate. Although modern medicine offers remarkable treatments, it isn’t always the only solution.
My passion for integrative and lifestyle medicine blossomed as I witnessed patients making simple yet profound behavioral changes that greatly enhanced their lives. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your health and well-being. If you are looking to make significant lifestyle changes, reduce medication dependence, and potentially reverse chronic conditions, I am here to support you every step of the way.
At Trinpathic Wellness, health and wellness coaching is already a fundamental part of my practice, empowering patients to make informed choices about their health. This personalized approach focuses on the patient’s individual goals and desires. For those looking to delve deeper, I offer one-on-one coaching sessions designed to explore the possibilities and help you achieve your best self. Reiki therapy complements this personalized approach to medical care beautifully. As a practice rooted in energy healing, Reiki promotes deep relaxation and balance in the body, allowing you to rest and heal naturally.
I believe in providing convenient, timely, and efficient care. By offering services in the comfort of your home, I aim to make healthcare more accessible and effective for you. Additionally, I believe that when individuals are healthy and happy, it positively impacts the entire community, creating a better environment for everyone. My passion is to assist people in their wellness journey, providing support, education, and empowerment to become the best versions of themselves while honoring their individuality.

I strive to live by the advice I give my clients. When I’m not seeing patients, you’ll likely find me enjoying a long hike, going for a run, cooking healthy meals for my family, meditating, or simply spending time with my loved ones.
If this resonates with you, I suggest we start with a consultation. You can contact me by phone, email, or the contact page on this website.
