Weight Loss, Reimagined

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss. Everyone’s body, health history, lifestyle, goals, and challenges are different — and your care should be too.

At Trinpathic Wellness, I believe healthy lifestyle habits are the foundation of lasting weight management. I start by looking at the factors that influence your health and weight, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, and daily habits. From there, you and I together create a realistic plan that fits your life and your goals.

For some people, lifestyle changes may be enough. For others, medications such as GLP-1s may be an appropriate and helpful tool. When medication is used, I believe it works best alongside — not instead of — healthy lifestyle changes.

The goal isn’t simply to lose weight. It’s to improve your overall health, feel better, build life-long habits, and create changes you can maintain for the long term.
